California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA)

This California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) disclosure supplements our Privacy Policy and applies to California residents whose personal information we collect through planmycomeback.com, operated by Click Circle LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). Terms used in this page have the meanings given to them in the CCPA and its implementing regulations.

You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent's authorization and verification of your identity.

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by the CCPA. There is no charge to submit or have us respond to a verifiable request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded, in which case we may charge a reasonable fee or decline to act on the request.
